Hello again,

My test results came, I wanted to share with you immediately.
IGG & IGA.jpg
Both IgG and IgA were positive, in fact i was wait only IgG to be positive.

Now for the effectiveness of the treatment, I think I'll have to follow both.

İn your opinion when should I have the next blood test? (for titer control)

Thank you very much for your guidance. :)

Okay, thank you very much, I will share my new results with you next month.

Meanwhile, I found more another test in my country. This is panel test; it's test will show stomach acid and enzymes.
In this test, already searching for HP antibody and lab doctor said if pepsinogen II is normal, might help understand hp eradication.

Hello,

I was tested to measure gastric acid, and I got the results.
They all look normal, but except gastrin 17 is very low.
Lab dr. said for this result it that my stomach acid is high  (I'm surprised, I was expecting the stomach acid to be low)

I'm waiting for urea breath test now. Is it true that the coccoids don't have treatment? This form the urea activity is low, not exiting the urea breath test is it true?

Thank you so much.

The results look good and healthy. more acid is better. Usually gastric cancer happened on people with less acid.

I do not believe in cocoid form H. pylori not curable and I do not believe ALL your stomach H. pylori is cocoid form. breath test will accurately tell you if you are still infected with H. pylori.

I went to the my doctor again 2 days ago for burping treatment. He said ı should start Rixamine now, and I told him about the resistance. He said it would not develop resistance and be not absorbed. He said just its effective in the intestine

Anyway, I had to for to start Rixamine treatment. I hope my last Helicobacter P. treatment works. (Cause I think I don't have a chance anymore.)
İn this case I will wait longer for UBT, I wanted to give you information about my situation.
I will write again for the results in the coming days.

Thank you so much for everything Helico_expert

not sure what is Rixamine. But sounds like your doctor knows what he is doing. keep up the good work.

I find mint tea and probiotics useful for myself. You can try out too.

Hello again Helico_Expert,

I took the blood test in the same laboratory again for titer control.

My new results;
(* Cutting <20)

IgG: 58,1 positive 21.03.2019 (previous result: 52 positive 04.01.2019)
IgA: 29.9 positive 21.03.2019 (previous result: 70 positive 04.01.2019)

IgG I don't understand the reason for this ascent, I think did the eradication fail.

Many methods are negative due to intestinal metaplasia.

Also still my stomach is very painful, I could not see improvement for 6 months.

And found a new research, this study mention the reasons of low positive serology.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5018573/

Low positive rate and titer of the antibody reasons;

- atrophies of the stomach
or
- low immune response
or
- low colony count
or
- Gastric atrophy
or
- unplanned natural eradication

who knows, what is the reason for my situation?

please show me the way, what I have to do?

The IgG does have longer life-span in comparison to IgA. I can see you have a significant decrease in IgA concentration. So that is already a positive sign of H. pylori eradication. However, we always need at least 3 time points to be sure. If your next blood test showed an even lower IgG or IgA, then you can relax and dont have to worry about H. pylori anymore. You only need to focus on how to get full recovery.

So in terms of symptoms severity, do you feel the pain is less than previous? perhaps less frequent than previous? or still the same level of pain?

nevertheless, talk to your doctor about a follow up endoscopy examination in the next few months. get a histology done and see if the metaplasia improves.

Thank you so much for everting, i'll do what you say and do a blood test again 3 months later.

Also I will do endoscopy again after 3 - 4 mounts and I will tell you about intestinal metaplasia.

What you say is very important to me, I will continue to follow.
