Expert advice please: Want to stop treatment 12 days in, chance of successful eradication

Hello,
I was originally on the standard Prevpac treatment but about 10 days in started having an allergic reaction to one of the medications.
I was switched to 2 new antibiotics since they weren’t sure which one was causing my allergy.
The new antibiotics include tetrocyclin and I think the side effects I’m getting from this medication specifically are causing me a lot of distress.
Today would be my 13:14th day of treatment and I would really like to stop taking the antibiotics since the side effects are hard for me to deal with.
With this in mind, what would be the chance of success for complete eradication of the h pylori if I decided to stop today?
These new medications are really messing me up and I know I’m close to being done but I’d really like to stop now.
