Hpylori is on and off but my PPI nevers stops . From 2015 - 2018 for 4 consecutive years i still have my Hpylori until this April 18 i had my endoscopy find it positive have another doctor who gave me amoxicillin, (1000mg 2x a day)levofloxacin, (500mg 2x a day) pantoprazol (40mg 2 x a day), maalox, gasviscon for 2 weeks. after 2 weeks May 8, 2018 i had my breath test and still positive. for 9 years of PPI and almost yearly of antibiotics and become resitant to it,i dont know what's my next option will be im trying to resort to other natural means like introducing more on probiotics and considering phylopass a new kind of probiotics intended for Hpylori bacteria but cannot ship here in the philippines yet. pls. doctors here give me some advice .

here are some tips for you.

1. H. pylori never become resistant to amoxicillin and Bismuth. So you can continue on these two antibiotics.
2. The treatment is more efficient when you have higher dose of PPI. So double the standard dose if you can.
3. you can try furazolidone and tetracycline in your next combination.

Perhaps you can try the Pylera recipe.
PPI + Bismuth + metronidazole + tetracycline

or one of our many recipes
PPI + Bismuth + tetracycline + Furazolidone.
