Is it possible to have parasites after eradication? If so which should I be tested for ?

it's rare to have parasite infection during treatment. However, if your food is always not clean or not cook well, then maybe, there is a chance for parasite infection.

Is there a time limit on when the gut flora gets back to normal? My stool isn’t completely back yet, but it seems to be slowly getting back to normal. No diarrhea, solid stool, just looks weird. My stool was normal before the antibiotics

studies have shown that your flora goes back to normal within a week or two. I think you just need to give it some time to recover.
