I’m on day 11 of my treatment, and I must say I’m feeling better then ever! My appetite has came back and my energy level! The only problem now is mucus in my throat. What’s the best way to clear that up?

mucous in your throat? you can probably try mouth wash to clear up the bacteria building up. if you are really concern, you should talk to your GP who prescribe you the antibiotics.

some antibiotic resistant good bacteria or yeast could build up behind the throat.

Just an update. I have now completed my 2 weeks of treatment. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones because I feel amazing. My appetite, my energy, and my overall happiness is back! All my symptoms are gone. My stomach sometimes rumbles but not like before. The antibiotics were very hard the first few days because of the side affects, but after searching the forum, I added activia and mint tea daily while I take the antibiotics. They’ve helped me drastically with my side affects.

Is gas after treatment normal? If so, how long for it to ease ?

I’ve been having more bowels then usual since I’ve finished my treatment on Friday. My stools are solid no diarrhea. Is this something I should be concerned about ?
