I recently got an endoscopy done after suffering from abdominal pain for over 3 months. Biopsy confirmed I was negative for H pylori and got diagnosed with Erosive/follicular gastritis.
I am not taking NSAIDs, is it possible the biopsy missed H pylori infected tissue ? Can't figure out what caused my ulcers.

Endoscopy is usually very accurate in detecting H. pylori. The CLOtest can detect H. pylori within 10 minutes; Histology will take a few days. Both methods have very high sensitivity and specificity.
Do you know which method was used?

It was a histology. It took 4 days to get the results back.

No test is 100% accurate. But I believe your specialist is good and know what he is doing.
Non HP and Non NSAIDs ulcer is rare. I wonder what did your specialist comment. What else is written in your histology report?
