gastric cancer dont happen over night. it'll take years to develop. So, knowing that only your grandma has gastric cancer at the age of 78, i think your chance is low. Nevertheless, you can always get an endoscopy examination every few years to be sure. Of course, gastric cancer risk increase with age. if you are young and healthy, your chance of getting gastric cancer is very very low.

yes,i'm 30 years old this year. and i did CEA, ATF, CA19-9 tumor biomarker in my physical examination in June. all of them came back to normal, and all test items came back to normal except for H.pylori.

Then there is no need to worry about. sometimes, the more you think about it, the more likely you'll feel it. So i suggest you to keep a positive mind.
:)

just for update,
The day before yesterday, i felt mild heartburn in the afternoon, and mild burping all the day. i ate a lot of potato in the morning, could this be the reason that caused heartburn and burping. so i changed my diet yesterday, and i felt good yesterday no any symptoms until night, because i ate a burger last night and i felt mild heartburn again. so, what reasons can cause these symptoms, could be food? or H.Pylori are still in there. thanks

the best way to tell if you have H. pylori is by repeating the breath test. Diet can definitely affect the digestive system. Must always remember to have balance diet. too much of anything good is just equal to bad.

Hi,

the mild stomach pain could be due to inflammation ie: gastritis...
it can also be called dyspepsia if you have symptoms like indigestion, bloating, burping...etc.

the bacteria is known to cause this degree of symptoms for certain people, while other people ( non-symptomic) might not....

if you are still on the PPI acid reducing drugs...you might not be getting acid reflux due to low acid secretion into your stomach....it can also mean, the food you ate is taking longer time to digest, and you are belching due to build up gas release from food.

I am not an expert...but you could try to reduce certain food intake.

a) try to eliminate your dairy intake...no cheese, milk, soy, butter...
b) replace some of these food with fruits. Not sure what fruits is available;...perhaps not orange or apples...
or even try to get juicers to drink. Alkaline fruits+vegs.
c) try not to sit too long.... my work allows me to sit 6-8 hours...and it can be hazardous yet some people won't know this. Take strolls, and walks after meals...
d) work stress and pressure...try to find a different way in handling those. We all have these...you need to take strolls , walks to clear your mind or take even 2-5 minutes to relax , close your eyes.
e) probiotics... get supplements for them. Most out there are from dairy....so, you might want to reduce that.
f) chew your food longer,...and take smaller portions but frequent.

Worrying isn't going to change anything. I was like you. I failed 3 treatments, tried those mastic, VCO..etc.. but ended up getting worse. My 4th treatment so far has shown negative...but I have alot of healing to do...since it was damaged....

Get a treatment plan/ regime...there are some antibiotics treatment here from the forum. Ask helico_expert to provide some advise on that.

btw..of no reason mentioning...I am chinese as well. Just a note...try to eat less salty, sweet, and processed related food.

take care and speedy recovery to you.
