Somebody told me if you have no any bac in the body that like you have no shield , It's truth ?ballinw

I guess it's correct. There are many good bacteria on our body (and in the guts). So that the ingested bad bacteria (in small quantity) has no chance to compete with the local established good bacteria. When you take antibiotics, most of the good bacteria is wiped out. So, there is a chance that the bad bacteria can dominate and cause trouble.
