Re: Very high UBT result and am on 2nd attempt without succe

In case your test in 4 weeks comes back positive you may discuss the possibility of using Pylera to your GP or GI. I was in a similar case, triple therapy failed, sequential therapy failed...I didn't want to go for more rounds and i asked my doctor what was the strongest stuff to end it now. He put ...

Re: On triple therapy but still in pain

I just finished my treatment and I feel the same. I wonder if I should just do another treatment instead of waiting 4 weeks for breath/stool test. Anntibiotics aren't candy and no legitimate doctor will prescribe you something just after the triple therapy. As you can see by browsing the forum tons...

Re: new here....link between h pylori and hair loss?

it's really hard to know when exactly you were infected with H. pylori. We believe people were usually infected when they are young. Many studies have shown that children as young as 2 years old is already infected with H. pylori. If H. pylori is indeed related to hair loss, I think half the world ...

Re: Good and (really) bad days after my H. Pylori treatment

omeprazole and other PPI are more thorough inhibition of acid secretion. However, you'll need to continuously take it for a few days to reach the full capacity. You'll also need a few days for its effect to slowly subside. H2 blocker, like zantac, on the other hand is more acute as in, the effect i...

Well not really but it takes time for your wond to heal so you should be feeling the benefits after 3 days usage.
