Stomachache is too general. If you are having discomfort... Areas on top of your navel or belly button.. That is stomach related. Anything below the rib cage can be intestinal and if right side...pancreas ,gallbladder or liver related. If you mean the top area of you navel...then my answer is... So...

the best way to tell if you have H. pylori is by repeating the breath test. Diet can definitely affect the digestive system.
