it's normally very hard to catch H. pylori again. But it's not impossible. Have you tested everyone at home? normally you catch it from someone really close to from kissing and sharing food. It's difficult for natural therapy to get rid of H. pylori. Nevertheless, if you feel better after trying natural therapy, you can go ahead and continue on.

But the best way is to get rid of H. pylori completely via antibiotics.
If the triple therapy failed, you will need the quadruple therapy.

Biopsies examination would be the gold standard.
the accuracy of stool test (and breath test) can depend on the person operating the test. So your stool test is more likely to be false negative.

if your doctor is experienced enough, H. pylori can be completely eradicated.
In Australia, H. pylori prevalence used to be more than 50%. It is now less than 20%. Gastric cancer is almost eradicated.

reflux is indeed difficult. but you dont have to be afraid.
Take PPI when needed. control the acid reflux can protect your throat and teeth.
