Hello, Thanks for sharing your story with us. And sorry to hear about all your issues. I'm afraid the only effective way to eradicate this bacteria is to complete the full treatment of antibiotics. If these antibiotics don't work for you, there is others you can try as well as different dosage. Stoo...

Re: Burping

It might take some time for your stomach to recover. It is impossible to know how long though. Everyone is different. But have you done a follow up breath test after your last treatment? You need to make sure that Helicobacter has been eradicated properly.

However, urine is nearly sterile. If somehow, H pylori end up on your hands (mainly from stool or vomit... not urine) it would not su...

The most probable outcome is that your HP is resistant to antibiotics and is still there. In that case, you will have to take another set of antibiotics. Ask them to send the biopsy for culture and sensitivity testing so you know which antibiotics to take. 2nd possibility, HP is eradicated (a simple...

Re: Symptoms after medication

I strongly believe the antibiotics ruined my stomach. Have you tried to check that Helicobacter was eradicated after you triple therapy? It is possible to have stomach problems after taking such a strong doses of antibiotics. However it should disappear in less than a month. If you still have sympt...

Helico_scientist, Went to the ER on Saturday afternoon. The Doctor checked my ears and said they are fine. He just looked with some device for few seconds. They ordered a CT scan of head without contrast and it came back normal. They did other routine blood work and all of it is normal. I have an a...

If everything is normal then there is nothing to worry about. No need for more details if there is nothing to say. I don't know where you saw irritations but even though, this shouldn't be a concern.

Re: RE diognosis

I am surprised they won't let you do the test after treatment. I don't know how it is everywhere else, I just know th...
