Twice positive for H pylori , no relief after Bismuth-based quadruple therapy

After first line treatment, various "second line" treatments can be used. The policy for H.pylori is: Make sure the infection is real (breath test for follow-up). Always give a high dose of PPI (acid blocker) when using amoxicillin. In the second treatment, give a different drug in place of clarithromycin.

Congratulation! we need more positive stories like yours. Your doctor is right. UBT is good enough, there is no need for stool test. 0.33 UBT result, is because of some mouth bacteria. dont worry about. H. pylori will give a much more significant value. 60 days Nexium sounds reasonable for ulcer patients. Ulcer patients will take longer time to heal.

Now you can focus on the healing. Eat healthy food. balance diet. Any excessive "good" stuff will become "bad". Always think positively.

Hi All, I just want to ask if someone ever tried using medical cannabis as an alternative medicine? I've been reading some article about medical marijuana and how it can help you in terms of pain management, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflamation, even cancer and a lot more. Like this review on a marijuana strain Kryptonite, it has a very high pain suppressing effect. Cbd and thc are also new to me and I don't even smoke. Alternatively, they've also find new ways to infuse cannabis on food and beverages. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated. Thanks
