The cure of Hp usually requires antibiotics. Other things have been tried and have a weaker effect.

I have just been diagnosed with H. Pylori, and one of the prescribed antibiotics in the PrevPak (Clarithromyacin...sp?) conflicts with a heart medication (Amioderone) and could prolong the QT on my ekg. The docs seem to be at a loss for a fix. I can't believe I am the first person to be faced with this problem ...anyone have a recommendation that I can take to the docs?
