Lump In My Throat

I was diagnosed with H Pylori & gastritis and had the treatment. It has been a long 3 weeks between diagnosing & treatment. I have been off the treatment for 2 days, but I still have some problems. After I eat my throat feels like it is closing up, swollen, and has a lump in it. I can breath, but swallowing is painful. I just keep losing weight. I also have to lay in a recliner, because the moment I lay in bed I start to feel burning in my throat and sometimes I even throw up.
Is this normal?
How long does this last?

almost everyone was infected with H. pylori when they are young. So, a sudden felt of the symptom is likely to be incidental. Perhaps you have been experiencing reflux and the acid damaged your throat? To find out, you'll need an endoscopy examination. If you want, you can continue PPI or any acid suppressant for another few weeks and see if the problem subside. I would recommend you to book yourself a follow up breath test a month later to make sure H. pylori is truly gone.

I would recommend you to get endoscopy done to determine the cause of the condition.
