Could H pylori cause these symptoms?

I've been diagnosed with H pylori infection and I want to know if it could be the cause of these recurring symptions I've had over the past week:

- Shortness of Breath
- Cold hands, feet
- Chest Discomfort
- Unpleasent taste in mouth
- Feeling cold despite normal room temperature
- Lightheaded/headache

I've been having these symptoms roughly twice a day, and they''ve even woken me from sleep some nights. Is this normal? I mean, they seem kinda strange for a stomach bacteria? I'm trying to determine if it's normal for H pylori or if it's possibly something else.

Has anyone else had similar symptoms?

chest discomfort and unpleasant taste in mouth may be because of H. pylori.

Shortness of breath, feeling cold, having cold feet and light headed could be due to other problems.

Nevertheless, if your other symptoms are caused by bacteria, they'll be killed by antibiotics you take for H. pylori.

Symptoms of H. pylori include stomach pain, discomfort, nausea, vomiting, fatigue etc. I don’t think shortness of breath, headache and feeling cold. may be caused by this condition.

I also had a stool test done after one and a half month after my HP treatment (did not use any PPI during this 1 and half month) did a stool test that came back negative had an endoscopy done 2 month later Positive for HP its really wierd how the test can show wrong but the endoscopy shows positive.

Chest discomfort and shortness of breath could be caused by pressure of the bloated stomach upon the diaphragm. Bad taste in mouth can be due to associated acid reflux.

My gastroenterlogist told me that in some cases headaches and joint pains can go away after H.pylori eradication.
Also: Although its often contended that HP eradication is risk factor for GERD, he told me that in his experience it often clears up an existing GERD-which I do have
