Thanks so much for your time, Helico_expert. Are there any empirical studies on which probiotics actually work? It seems there are so many out there to choose from.

So ever since my H. Pylori treatment I've been experiencing incomplete bowel evacuation. Not sure how many of you have gone through it. But I'd appreciate any advise on how to treat it.

during recovery, you may experience all sort of gastric discomfort. what you are experiencing is probably due to the imbalance of guts flora. if the BM is too frequent or severe (eg. blood), you'll need to see doctor to examine if you got C. diff infection.
