Re: Complete recovery?

I was sin a bad mental state and that didn’t help. This will taper off as you improve. Nausea is a common symptom but fortunately I ...

Re: Complete recovery?

Oh, and in my case, I felt that fish oil, Hyperbiotics PRO-15 and Magnesium helped me feel better. You may want to try this. But make no mistake, it will take time for your stomach to heal. And yes, I eat normal food now that I used to eat. I still don't drink coffee as much as I used to but it does...

Re: Complete recovery?

Helico_expert is correct. The selection of people on this forum is skewed in favor of people who are experiencing symptoms. Unfortunately, they don't report back once their symptoms have subsided.

Re: Complete recovery?

Yes. I was treated for H. Pylori in March 2016. You can even look through some of my posts on this forum then. I was graduating that year from school and it was impacting my life. Most of my symptoms began subsiding by 2017. I progressively got better. I still have some gas and bloating once in a wh...

Re: IBS

Yep. Some people can get post-infectious IBS. I think I may have that too. The good thing is that it usually goes away with time. At least that's what I have been told by my GI.

Re: Good and (really) bad days after my H. Pylori treatment

Helico expert: If you glance through my last few posts you'd find that I had an episode of gastroenteritis a month ago possibly due to some bacterial pathogens. The burning sensation in my stomach which was virtually gone has come back since then. I'm also having a lot of gas and bloating. Is this n...

Feel like I'm slowly improving. Been about a month and a bit since I finished the H Pylori treatment. Still have some stomach cramps and a gnawing feeling below the breastbone.
Are your bowels back to normal now?
