you'll need a month without PPI and antibiotics before you can do the stool test. Do update us your result when you have one.

i think it's better to get an absolute true result. Otherwise you are just wasting time waiting for a recovery that will never come.

I think the finger prick test is less sensitive. You should get a breath or stool test if possible.

It's not that bad. at least you feel better now. half dose of Amox is better than nothing. Let's just hope that your treatment works anyway. One month later, go to your GP and ask for breath test to check if HP is still around.
